
In 2006, Richard, Georgie and a bunch of other children went back in time to visit a 17th Century village, near Gosport in Hampshire, Little Woodham.. Richard meets, Master John of the Village, (other wises known as James Hodgeson) who is the village poacher who takes him around.

Richard and Jimmy take a trip to Arundel Castle in West Sussex and meet up with a bunch of soldiers from the English Civil War. It looks like there is a stronghold of men to stop the Parlimentarians from storming the castle. We discover how the people of the 17th Century were going to defend themselves, what they had to eat and what the prison was like in the castle. >
