Giles Babbage is my guest walker on the is trip and we head off to the sleepy and ancient village of Bosham in West Sussex. King Cnute is ruputed to have commnaded the sea to retreat here, Harold the 2nd is supposed to have visited here and the Romans and the Vikings landed here, although not at the same time.
