Petra - The Veg Grower

Petra is a survivor. She needs to be, sadly her husband passed away recently and she is left to cope with the farm on her own. She grows fresh vegetables for 'veg-box' schemes and has numerous animals free-ranging it around the place. In fact it is hard to tell who is in charge, the geese, the hens, the bees, the dog or the ever smiling and optimistic Petra.

Based in Barham in West Sussex, Petra and her friends struggle with English summers, unpredictable winters and the usual bureaucratic red tape that plague farmers and nursery keepers. She has a web site that you can find out more information and discover about her local veg-box service.
